A Sheffield woman who could die if she eats anything other than vegetables, is hoping to take her food-advice website worldwide.

30 year old Bunmi Sobowale's food intolerance now means that eating things like meat and pasta can cause her to suffer from blindness, paralysis and make her hair fall out.

She's since set up her own website, 'foodsyoucan' which give helps others with food intolerance, which gets thousands of hits per day.

She's been telling us about her experiences with the illness:

"For me, the first big sympton was falling asleep at work," she told us. "Eventually, my eyesight got progressively worse until I went blind. It sort of spiralled, and I got admitted to hospital. I was then told that I had a severe swelling on my brain, and that was the problem.

"It's only when I talk to people about it now that I realise how intense it was, because it was a very difficult time for my family and friends. On the other hand, I remained quite positive about it and part of me knew that it would work out in the end."

Now, Bunmi's hoping for global success with her website.

"We do have quite a lot of people in other countries, asking when the website's going to be available in their country," she said. "Ideally, we'd like to expand the business and do whatever we can to help people. This website started out as a hobby and I had no idea that it would eventually become a full-time job.

"I'm happy that I can help though, and do whatever I can for people in the same situation as me."
