Police appeal for witnesses after pizza delivery driver suffered stab injuries during a robbery in Dinnington

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 43-year-old man sustained stab injuries after he was attacked by several youths during a robbery in Dinnington.

It happened on Nursery Road at around 9.30pm on Tuesday, 07 February. The man, a local pizza delivery driver, was taken to Rotherham District General Hospital. He was treated for serious, but not life threatening, injuries.

Four local men and a female have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Anyone who witnessed the incident should contact South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 1133.
